Returns and exchange policies in the united states
I usually don’t accept returns/exchanges as part of my posted Klee´k policies, with the exception of printing errors and damage.
I work with a print-on-demand partner for my designs instead of keeping inventory. This means that each item is custom made at the time of ordering it. It is unique. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color or just change your mind.
In the event of a printing error or damage. Please take a photo showing the issue. This is mandatory for confirmation purposes. This must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
